Item: Cape of the Cornered Beast

This is a straightforward item inspired by Diablo 3's Shi Mizu's Haori.

"While below 25% Life, all attacks are guaranteed Critical Hits."

Rolling a 1 still automatically misses, to preserve the dread of rolling a 1. I also expanded the triggers to include harmful conditions to reinforce the theme of a cornered beast. I'm still unsure about the rarity of the item; it seems like it should be a "very rare".

Here's a variant of the cornered beast as a dagger. Since the ability is limited to only this dagger and since daggers deal such low damage, I thought that the rarity could be justified.
